  • 2 packs Samyang Buldak Bokkeummyeon
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella

Instructions

    Cook Samyang buldak noodles per package (Walmart international aisle)

    Drain water completely — leave bone dry for maximum sauce coating

  3. 3

    Add half the red sauce packet first (full packet = Korean-idol level heat)

  4. 4

    Toss with 1 tbsp butter until glossy and evenly coated

  5. 5

    Top with shredded mozzarella and green onions — broil 1 min if you want melted cheese
